1. Order Processing Times


Preparation time: All orders are prepared within 1 to 5 business days. For personalized items, processing may take between 5 and 10 business days.


Shipping confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number so you can follow your package in real time.

 


 

2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times


Quebec and Canada:


Standard: 3 to 7 business days

Express: 1 to 3 business days


United States:


Standard: 5 to 10 business days

Express: 2 to 5 business days


International:


We offer shipping to selected countries with estimated delivery times of 10 to 15 business days. Available delivery options will be displayed at checkout.

 


 

3. Shipping Fees


Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.


Free shipping: Standard shipping is free on orders of $150 CAD or more within Canada and $175 CAD or more for the United States.

 


 

4. Taxes and Customs Duties


Canada:


Applicable sales taxes are added at checkout according to the legislation of each province.


United States and international:


Customs duties and local taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with local authorities regarding potential fees before placing your order.

 


 

5. Tracking and Insurance


Package tracking:


All shipments include a tracking number so you can follow your order.


Insurance:


To ensure the security of your purchase, all orders are insured until delivery. If a package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of the expected delivery date for assistance.

 


 

6. Delay and Non-Delivery Policy


We do our best to meet estimated shipping times, however delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather conditions, customs, high demand periods).


Non-delivery:


If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please check the status using the tracking link and contact our customer service to open an investigation with the carrier.

 


 

7. Unclaimed or Refused Packages


If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused, reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer. We will contact you to confirm the address and arrange the new shipment.
